I am not spider-man.

I am suffering from what seems to be a spider bite on the left cheek on my face. It hurts so bad and there is really no relief to be had. It feels like someone pumped my face up with a tire pump. Ice all day and so little relief. All my joints ache and burn and my head is totally muddled by the pressure and pain. I just want not to hurt anymore.
