Bomb ass birthday ride!!!

Rode from work with the guys on the bike path. First 3 miles were a breeze at about 15 - 17 mph then,... I dropped off the back. I spent the next 4 miles grinding into the wind. Caught them at 7 miles and got right back in after a short rest. We ran the rest of the ride at 15 -17 and I held fast. I have never been able to recover that well before. Great ride and beers for the night out on my birthday!


Then Saturday I got a surprise birthday party! Fun was had by all and I ended taking a header and bruising the crap outta my ribs! Not a party till someone ends up on the floor!!!
